The Avant Beehive Mover is designed primarily for lifting and transporting beehive boxes, but it’s also perfect for handling other items like cardboard boxes. It can carry up to 12 beehives at once. The attachment features a mast with a pallet fork at the lower end and a hydraulic grapple at the top, which gently presses the boxes against the fork using rubber pads to hold them securely.
Compatible with all Avant loaders, the beehive mover makes it easy to load, transport, and unload hives—even over longer distances if the loader is trucked to the site.
The grapple offers five adjustable heights (425–1365 mm) to match the load, with a vertical travel of 340 mm. The rubber pads can be set to four widths (280–730 mm) to suit different box sizes. With a maximum load of 1000 kg and pressing force of 18 kN, it’s ideal for lighter pallets and other materials that need extra support. The beehive mover is a practical, gentle, and efficient solution for managing hives or other delicate loads.
