The DS110 is a high-performance dust control unit designed to tackle airborne particles quickly and effectively.
At its core is a high-pressure piston pump requiring a 36 L/min feed, converting 29 L/min into a fine, pressurised water mist. With a throw range of up to 23 metres, it rapidly binds and suppresses dust in the surrounding area.
The spray nozzle offers full directional control — 110° left to right and 45° up and down — operated either by remote control or directly from the machine, allowing accurate targeting exactly where suppression is needed.
Built on all-terrain tracks, the DS110 handles rough and uneven ground with ease. It is anti-vibration mounted and fitted with a mechanical safety stop for added protection. An integrated lance also allows use as a high-pressure wheel washer on muddy sites.
A tow ball enables connection to a bowser carrying up to 3,000 litres of water, which can be moved alongside the machine as it tracks into position.

Its compact, mobile design allows contractors to move efficiently between multiple sites in a single day.
The DS110 runs on the proven Hatz 1B50 engine — a compact, air-cooled, single-cylinder 4-stroke diesel unit built for demanding environments. It delivers low fuel consumption, long service life, and meets EPA Tier IV Final and EU Stage V emissions standards.
The robust remote-control unit is built for tough site conditions and complies with current health and safety requirements.
A built-in “teach” function allows operators to programme an 8-point spray pattern, which repeats automatically until adjusted or stopped. This ensures focused dust suppression across specific demolition zones.
