The Avant Beer Box transforms your Avant loader into a mobile draught beer station — ideal for shows, events, open days, demonstrations and customer days.

Designed with two independent beer taps, the Beer Box can serve from two kegs, allowing you to offer two different beers or beverages at the same time. Each tap has its own pressure regulation, while the built-in cooling system chills the drink before it reaches the tap.

Description

Twin Tap System
The Beer Box features two separate dispensing lines, each with its own tap and independently adjustable CO₂ pressure. This means two kegs can be connected and controlled separately. The recommended working pressure stated in the manual is approximately 0.5–1 bar, although the correct pressure should also be checked with the beverage supplier.

Integrated Cooling System
Inside the Beer Box is a refrigeration unit consisting of a compressor, heat exchanger, fan and water tank containing spiral beverage pipes. The tank is filled with clean water, which is chilled by the refrigeration system. As the beverage travels through the spiral pipes, the surrounding cold water cools it before it reaches the tap.

Adjustable Serving Temperature
A mechanical thermostat allows the cooled beverage temperature to be controlled between approximately 2°C and 8°C, with a thermostat adjustment scale from 1–7.

Cooled Tap Tower
The cooling doesn’t stop at the tank. Cold water also circulates through the beer tap tower, helping maintain the beverage temperature as it reaches the dispensing point.

Independent CO₂ Regulation
A food-grade CO₂ supply connects to a dual-section pressure regulator. Each beer line has its own regulator, allowing the pressure for Tap 1 and Tap 2 to be adjusted independently using the supplied hexagon wrench.

Keg Connections
Both lines are supplied with G-type keg connections, while the system is designed so alternative connector types can be fitted. Quick-connect hoses make changing connectors straightforward, and the beer and gas hoses have different diameters to prevent them being accidentally mixed up. The beer hose connects at the top of the coupler and the gas connection at the side.

Easy Cleaning & Maintenance
For longer periods of storage, the cooling water should be drained and the beer lines cleaned. The keg connectors can be removed using the quick connections and washed with hot water, while the taps themselves can also be removed from the tower for cleaning. The manual also recommends draining the cooling water before transporting the Beer Box.
